The Scribe system uses blocks to group together related information on a page. Each block has a block heading that describes the information contained in each block. These headings enable a reader to scan down the left hand side of a page to find out information contained on that page.

Blocks also help writers to organise and group related information. When you get used to writing with blocks, you will find you produce better structure and flow of information in your documents.
