This user guide contains three types of instructions. They relate to onscreen text, toolbar buttons and key command instructions.

Onscreen Text Instructions describe text that appears on your screen in menus, on text buttons, in dialogues boxes, etc. Throughout this user guide, instructions of this type are written in bold, italic font, e.g., Bullets and Numbering.

Toolbar Button Instructions describe buttons that appear on the Scribe toolbar or other toolbars. Throughout this user guide, instructions for using buttons are written in title case and include a picture of the button, e.g., Print Page button .

Key Command Instructions describe actions that you perform on the keyboard. Throughout this user guide, instructions of this type are shown in italics, as follows:

• Ctrl+B means hold down the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard while you press the 'B' key.



• Ctrl+Shift+B means hold down the 'Ctrl' key and the 'Shift' key on your keyboard while you press the 'B' key.
