| The MSWord Screen |
The following diagram shows the main parts of the basic MSWord screen and the names used to describe those parts in instructions in this book.

| Dialogue Box |
A dialogue box is a window that opens to provide more options for a particular command. Dialogue boxes sometimes contain tabs that you can click on to provide access to additional commands. The diagram below shows the Bullets and Numbering dialogue box.

| Fly-out Menu |
A fly-out menu is a menu that opens when you right click on your working page or hover over a command. The diagram below shows the onscreen fly-out menu.

| Radio Button |
A radio button is used to select an item in a dialogue box. The following diagram shows radio buttons in the Update Table of Contents dialogue box.
